By using ValueInvest.Fund, you understand the boundaries of public-data research tools and agree to use the site lawfully, carefully and at your own risk.
Service Purpose
ValueInvest.Fund provides 13F browsing, fund holding details, rankings, stock lookup, holdings screeners and activity screeners to help users study public disclosures more efficiently.
You agree not to treat site output as the sole basis for investment decisions, or claim that the site provides personalized advice, return guarantees or formal due diligence conclusions.
Acceptable Use
You may use site content for personal research, learning, internal analysis and reasonable citation. When citing, note possible delays and verify original SEC filings yourself.
You may not overload the service, bypass limits, scrape excessively, redistribute content in bulk, or use site data in illegal, misleading or infringing ways.
Service Changes and Liability Limits
The site may suspend, change or end features because of data-source changes, maintenance, Cloudflare services, third-party APIs or other reasons.
To the extent allowed by law, the site is not liable for direct or indirect losses caused by using or being unable to use site content.
