Early Life and Education
Han Guangbin was one of the earliest participants in China's capital market. Although there is little public information detailing his specific university education (he himself emphasizes lifelong learning and social practice), it is known that he has a strong background in engineering and management. Market Enlightenment: In 1993, when China's stock market was still in its wild early days, Han Guangbin entered the fray. Unlike the prevalent "market manipulation" and "speculation" practices of the time, he began early on to explore the logic of companies' intrinsic value. Self-Education: He greatly admired the philosophy of Charlie Munger. Through extensive reading and hands-on practice in the early years, he built an interdisciplinary cognitive framework integrating physics, biology, psychology, and more, laying the foundational logic for his future founding of New Thinking.
